The House Bar at Magnolia

Private Events are offered as time-based venue rentals, ideal for celebrations, gatherings, and professional functions and do not include weddings. Weddings at Magnolia are offered as curated experiences, designed around the unique flow and demands of a wedding day.

Events that include ceremony or reception elements or wedding timelines are booked under our wedding packages only. This does not apply to showers, rehearsal dinners or engagement parties.

How long can we rent the space for a Private Event?

Private Events are offered as time-based rentals, with options ranging from half-day to full-day access. Each package includes a defined rental window designed to keep planning simple and events well paced.

Are tables and chairs included?

Yes. Tables and chairs are included with all Private Event rentals, along with basic floor plan support.

Can we bring in our own food or caterer?

Catering for Private Events is arranged through our approved catering partners to ensure professional service and appropriate use of the space. Outside food or unlicensed catering is not permitted unless approved in advance.

How does bar service work for Private Events?

All bar service is provided through Magnolia’s in-house bar service or approved bar partners. Bar packages are available for Private Events and are structured to align with the length of your rental.

Can we decorate the space?

Yes. Guests are welcome to bring décor such as tabletop accents, signage, linens, and floral arrangements. All décor must be installed and removed within the contracted rental window. Specific décor guidelines are shared after inquiry.

Is on-site staff included during our event?

Yes. All Private Event rentals include on-site staff support during the contracted event time to help ensure the event runs smoothly.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for popular dates like evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons. Availability varies, and events are reserved once a contract is signed and payment is received.
