With access beginning Friday and extending through Sunday, you'll have time to settle in, prepare, celebrate, and linger a little longer with the people who matter most. Ceremony Options
Couples hosting The Magnolia Weekend may add-on ceremony rental time and services. Options are flexible and coordinated based on timeline and setup needs. Pricing varies depending on scope.
Friday | Arrival & Preparation
Early access for décor delivery, vendor setup, rehearsal coordination, and light pre-event preparation. Friday is intentionally spacious, allowing time to settle in.
Saturday | Wedding Day
Full-day access for getting ready, vendor setup, ceremony and reception. The day is designed to feel unrushed and fully supported, with clear timing and on-site presence throughout.
Sunday | Retrieval
A window for personal items and décor pickup, ensuring nothing feels hurried or forgotten at the close of the weekend.
